A nine‑month leadership program for emerging municipal and county leaders, offering monthly full‑day sessions at Texas Tech Highland Lakes in Marble Falls. Each session is led by experienced leaders from the community.
Participants build practical skills in managing people, projects, communication, and public funds while learning to lead ethically and respond effectively in crises. Each participant completes an on‑the‑job project that strengthens the skills learned and their impact.
