    Compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations is a layered and complex responsibility of owning or operating a wine business. The federal, state, and local regulatory agencies which operate within this space are numerous. This course will introduce participants interested in operating and/or owning a winery to the myriad of legal issues involved in the production, sale, and distribution of wine. By the conclusion of this course, participants will possess a thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape within the wine industry and be familiar with an operator’s legal obligations.
