    Students will be able to solve problems using various methods of analyzing data, statistical concepts and models, estimation, tests of significance, introduction to analysis of variance, linear regression, and correlation.

    TCCNS: [MATH1342, 1442, 2342, 2442] Prerequisite: A score of at least 500 on the SATM and composite score of 1070 or a score of at least 19 on the ACTM and composite score of 23 or a grade of C or better in MATH 0302 or a grade of C or better in TSI 0302. Methods of analyzing data, statistical concepts and models, estimation, tests of significance, introduction to analysis of variance, linear regression, and correlation. Partially fulfills core Mathematics requirement.

    SCH: 3 Hours

    Students will be required to purchase the following textbooks and/or courseware. More details are available in the course syllabus:
